Abstract

There is increasing evidence for the role of the maternal cardiovascular system in hypertensive disorders of pregnancy (HDP).Other researchers have suggested that HDP associated with SGA babies is a placenta-mediated disease. The aim of this study was todescribe maternal hemodynamic differences in HDP associated with SGA and in HDP alone.
