Zusammenfassung

Personality refers to the stable form of behavior that a person presents throughout his life, it ́s what characterizes the individual, which makes him unique and at the same time different from the rest, therefore, thanks to it, it ́s possible to determine individual differences. With all this, it is argued that any process of understanding, evaluation, explanation and treatment of human behavior must have personality traits as a pillar in order to understand and work with the nuclear aspects of the subject, instead of sticking to the simple elimination or reduction of symptoms.
