Résumé

Cyberbullying is the use of social networks to harass a person or group of people, through personal attacks, disclo- sure of confidential or false information among other means. This fact may constitute a criminal offense and, for this reason, in this work we try to combine the main psychological aspects and the current legal status of this new reality, in order to create a multidisciplinary text.
